Marissa started her path very early on by helping her mother with her business. She shares how all the experiences and exposure she got from a very early age helped her gain experience and confidence. As she got older she starting helping plan events like pageants while she was in high school and college. After graduating from college she started recruiting and started to have a lot of success. She eventually started her own business. She shares how she was scared at first to start a business so started to attend events, but she felt that they were not as effective as she had hoped. She felt a lack of support, so she decided to flip the script. Marissa also shares advice to those coming to her events to be yourself and let conversations flow.
