Offering group and individual sessions, I have helped them expand their capacity to express their true selves and gain more assertiveness within their professional and personal relationships. I am also the founder of the PODS community and leader of it's recurring workshops on diving deeper within, where I teach participants how to hold space and reconnect to one's self through presence.
