Melissa is an incredibly fit individual who follows a rigorous workout routine and rarely takes rest days. She wakes up between 3 and 3:20 a.m. every day and goes to the gym when it opens at 4 a.m. Melissa has been involved in sports and fitness since a young age and has been a hybrid athlete for over 12 years. She combines running with weightlifting and focuses on maintaining half marathon shape year-round. Melissa emphasizes the importance of mental strength in endurance sports and believes that having a positive mindset is crucial for success. Melissa prefers the day-to-day grind of training over actual races, but she has participated in various races in the past.
