As someone who has depression and anxiety, it's hard to focus on things or find the motivation or drive to do much of anything. That makes me feel bad and like I'm failing as a witch, and I don't like that. No one should be made to feel bad about something they can't control. So, I made for myself a low-energy weekly schedule that uses the energies of the individual days of the week to help me stay connected to my witch-ness. And I wanted to share it with you all to help give inspiration or comfort to those of you also in the same boat as me.
