In 2002, Sarah and her entire family received a Lyme disease diagnosis, marking the beginning of a challenging health journey. Throughout her elementary school years, Sarah grappled with a persistent lack of focus and brain fog, all while struggling in many of her classes. After graduating from college, Sarah’s health took a further toll, manifesting as severe digestive issues, anxiety and fatigue. Despite consulting a multitude of conventional doctors, including specialists, and even undergoing a colonoscopy, Sarah reached a point of desperation.

It was then she was introduced to functional medicine, a turning point that brought remarkable improvements to many of her symptoms. Today, she is actively paving the way for her own functional medicine practice. In this episode, we delve into a wide array of topics, such as:
