Apologies for the late drop of Extra Sauce this week but I was absolutely buggered after a busy weekend!
This week I talk about how I keep my mental health in check by setting some weekly goals. I discuss how this helps me with keeping physically and mentally stimulated and offer some suggestions on how you can get started with something similar.
This won't work for everyone but is definitely worth giving a crack for a couple of weeks. Worst case scenario is you'll be able to look back and see that you've accomplished some great things and feel good about yourself, and that's a win!
