In this weeks episode of Extra Sauce, I chat about a little strategy I implement in order to manage stressful situations and moments.
After a recent flight to Melbourne where things got a bit too bumpy, I reverted too some simple breath work to help calm me down and get me through the turbulence!
And the breathing technique I mention, picked up recently from Dyl Buckley's Book Honest Chat, may not work for everyone but is absolutely worth trying out. It certainly helped me this past week!
