Excess screen time can be extremely detrimental to our mental and physical health. We are the most connected society in history but at the same time, we are the most disconnected as well.

This week I have wasted so much time scrolling on TikTok, Insta and Twitter. It's so easy to just put the feet up on the couch and think "ah just 10 minutes on TikTok won't hurt"... next thing ya know it's been two hours, ya eyes are cooked and you're watching videos about how to survive in the jungle with nothing but a toothpick and a sponge.

So if you regularly find yourself glued to your phone or laptop, then have a listen to hear some little tips that I try to implement to reduce my screen time and work to improve my overall health and wellbeing.
