Happy Monday everyone. I hope you all had an awesome weekend!
I had a productive weekend which involved putting together some clips for Instagram and TikTok, which I haven't done in a while.
I also punched out a nice 16km run on Sunday, with one pitstop (I nearly shit my pants tbh) and it was nice to be up early and rolling the legs over.
In this weeks Extra Sauce, I chat about all of that plus a reminder I got last week that is fucking fun to have fun! As we get older and become adults, we can forget that it's okay to have a laugh and just have fun. So this episode is a gentle reminder to find the fun in life and have a smile on ya face!
