Happy Monday everyone. I hope you all had a nice weekend and are having a nice start to your week so far.
For this week's episode of Extra Sauce, I took the show on the road and headed into PEAQ Performance in Port Adelaide with my boi Jed Banwell.
Just a quick disclaimer, first time using my wireless mics to record an episode, so don't shoot me for the audio quality but I just wanted to try something different this week!
Jed and I jumped in the ice bath at PEAQ which is a wonderful way to look after your body and kickstart your week.
I highly recommend giving something like this a go, I feel bloody unreal at the moment!
