Good Morning and happy Monday! Hope you all had a nice weekend and a productive week last week.
I tell ya what, I am battling to get up in the mornings at the moment. This change in sunrise has me cooked. I was in a good routine for a few weeks there and now I can't get out of bed before 6am.
If anyone out there has any advice on how to wake from their morning slumber at the moment, slide into my DM's!!
