Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you are all having a nice morning and had a nice weekend as well! We had Gather Round here in Adelaide and wow, what an event! Such an awesome vibe and I honestly think that it's the best sporting event in the country. If you're tossing up whether you should come to Gather Round in 2025, just do it. You won't be disappointed!
On to today's episode, I've been reading a wonderful book recently called The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle.
This is an excellent read if you're a sports coach or a leader in your work. It touches on how to create a sense of belonging for those you coach or lead and has real world examples as it delves into organisations such as the San Antonio Spurs, Google and Pixar
I highly recommend this book if you're wanting to improve as a coach or leader. I'll drop the link to where you can purchase.
