Here we are with episode number 13! Really loved sitting down with Kiahni Russell for this ep, she has plenty of energy and speaks really well for someone so young.

"K-Dog" is also a talented footy player, she's played country A Grade footy, Association Footy, been apart of Port Adelaide's Next Gen Academy, so we speak a lot about footy and you'll hear about the significant change she has made in the lead up to the 2024 SANFLW season.
Really proud of you Kiahni, you were a great student for me to mentor and now you're the one teaching me a few lessons on how to approach life and I'm sure many others will follow the wise advice that you give out in this episode as well!
