I'm tired. Exhausted. Mentally, I've been struggling these past few weeks.
And after some self-reflection over the past 48-hours, I've decided to take a break.
I'll still produce the weekly episodes of Extra Sauce but for the next 6 weeks, I'll take a break from the guest episodes.
I'll be back better than ever in 6 weeks with a new guest episode on Thursday, 2 May.
