Hello, I'm Andi & I'm anxiously awezome. It's been a journey & one I want to share. My ups & downs, my tips & tools & everything else life throws in the mix.
Today I am talking about anxiety & how it feels.
It's for those of you who can relate & for those of you who just want a better understanding of how it really feels to be anxious. It's different for all of us & although anxiety is becoming more acceptable in society & people are talking about it more, there are still people out there who simply think we just worry too much. There is much more to it than that.
Making this podcast has been an idea for over a year, but my anxiety stopped me from giving it a go. But if I try & it's a flop, at least I tried. And me waffling on helps just one person, then it was worth it.
