Not only has the Seaside, Ca resident spent time working in a family construction business since he was old enough to swing a hammer, but Cumpston spent the past 15 years traveling and tending bar all over the world. One of his favorite spots was New Orleans, where he spent a few years. In between, Cumpston honed his knowledge and skills in construction and real estate. “My father owned and operated his own construction company for almost 40 years before he retired,” Cumpston said.
“I was also involved in some investment properties in Sacramento, flipping houses, and rentals.”
