Bob Kulhan is a professor at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, an elite improv and sketch comedian, and the Founder and CEO of Business Improv® – a 25-yr-old consultancy linking improvisation to business through behavioral sciences and ROI for organizations and businesses. Bob’s clients include a who’s who of businesses (from pharma to manufacturing to aerospace), universities, organizations, and government institutions. He has also worked extensively with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs, as well as small and medium size businesses.
Specifically for coaches, Kulhan has created original individual growth initiatives for MBAs, new hires, high potentials, executive development, and senior leaders. Kulhan has created small, medium, and large team coaching strategies for organizations that range from small businesses to startups, creatives to architects, military to government, hotel and biopharma leadership teams to many more. In addition, Kulhan has also been coaching team improv for performance ensembles since 1995 (Chicago & New York). Since January 2021, Bob has been coaching a US Senator, as well.
Kulhan is a master improviser who has spent the last 30 years performing improv comedy, and he the best-selling author of ‘GETTING TO YES AND: The Art of Business Improv’, Stanford University Press.
