The Founder of Chasing the Rainbows, Bernice Quesenberry, shares her story on air for the first time. Brooke's story involves secondary infertility, abnormal growths and menstrual cycles, advanced maternal age, 28 week delivery, NICU life, and ultimately losing her daughter in her arms at 5 1/2 weeks old. There were multiple events that played out in the less than 1% probable causes that led to Brooke's traumatic death. Leaving the hospital that horrific day without her daughter is what drove her to start the 501(c)3 nonprofit offering daily, free, trauma informed support services for survivors.
