DAVID GLENN has been an attorney in North Carolina since 1994. During his legal career, CONTRACT LAW was one of his greatest areas of practice and expertise, and in recent years he’s included SPORTS LAW as part of the classes he’s taught as an adjunct professor in the Communication Department at UNC Wilmington. David also has covered the Atlantic Coast Conference as an award-winning broadcaster and journalist since 1987, and his journalism career has included breaking some of the biggest news in ACC and North Carolina sports history. In fact, on April 22, 2013, our own “DG” was credited by the Associated Press, CBS, ESPN, NBC and dozens of other major media outlets as the first to report the news of the ACC’s original Grant of Rights, which more than a decade later is one of the foundational elements of the ongoing, dueling lawsuits between Florida State University and the ACC.
