Dr. Rennae Williams Stowe joined the podcast to talk about (1) working a teaching institution and (2) going through the COSMA accreditation process. We talked about her position at WSSU and her teaching, research, and service expectations. We also discussed possible misperceptions of working at a teaching institution. Then we talked about her experience going through he COSMA accreditation process at WSSU from the faculty perspective. Particularly we talked about effort coming from Dr. Williams Stowe, rigor, and course expectations.
