About Cerra: She is a member of the Training Team at Empowered. Prior to joining Empowered, she taught Math at the high school and college level for 8 years. She is dedicated to changing education by helping educators bring the real-world learning experience to their classrooms. Cearra is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and spends time helping and serve in her community.
