Hello everyone! Averi is BACK and better than ever. Today, I talk about the importance of taking a break from things that are good for you. Recently, I have been away at my body building competition, and so much has happened, but we'll get into that. I encourage everyone to reflect on your own life and consider taking breaks from activities that may be good for you, but are not fulfilling your current needs. I provides examples of swaps and adjustments that can be made to try new things and improve overall well-being. I appreciate all the support in the past weeks while I was competing, but I am VERY glad to be back with everyone (also, check out the All You Podcast Instagram if you want to see some updates from the show!
