In this episode, we interview Wendell Hoover, a licensed realtor at Iron Valley Real Estate in Central PA and a residential developer. Wendell began his career in real estate as an investor/developer in 2003. Over the past 20 years, Wendell has continued to work in rehab and redevelopment projects in Harrisburg, aiming to increase the number of owner-occupied homes in the city. He is also very involved locally, serving on many boards and in leadership positions in the community.
