Historically, moms have not entertained their littles all day. If you want to play imaginative games with your kids, great! If you don’t, then don’t! Kids are needy but we chat about getting them to play independently, talking to them less but listening more, and lowering the bar so nice mom doesn’t switch to psycho mom. Bottom line, don’t feel guilty.
