On this episode, I talk with Dr. Brandy Ferguson, who is a naturopathic doctor. and we discuss ways us women can improve our health naturally so we can stay active doing all the things we love! She provides us with tips we can implement today to start on our journey to better health and provides so much education on what natural alternatives look like.

Brandy is a local naturopath specializing in women’s health. Married for 27 years, she and her husband have nine sons ranging in age from 26 to 8! Three of those boys were born at home. She began working in natural health years ago as a birth doula, and then as a health coach, then began her training in holistic health, and eventually completing her board certification as a naturopathic doctor. She practices virtually and in person, in Melissa. Her passion is to help women feel their best, with optimized mood, energy, blood sugar, digestion, and hormones, all naturally. She uses advanced bioenergetic scans in office, and even lab work to help formulate a customized plan for each client that often includes lifestyle changes, like specific food and water intake, stress management, and nutritional supplements. Most clients who follow protocol see amazing results in as little as two to three weeks!
