What has this got to do with fat loss?
Well, when we are less emotionally regulated we will seek to avoid or control difficult emotions and physical sensations, to numb out - through our eating behaviours perhaps through restriction of food or binge eating.
This is precisely why I use nervous system regulation (emotional and physical regulation) in my therapeutic work and also with the nutrition & mindset clients I coach. And it is a GAMECHANGER.
