Mindfulness is an effective vehicle for observing in-the-moment thoughts, feelings and physical sensations. It is a practice that takes time and dedication and I teach this to my clients (as well as using it daily myself).
It has huge health benefits and is particularly effective when used to guide better eating habits (and other areas of life too).
