I was recently in a meeting with senior local Church leadership and we were told something that gave me pause. The Stake President declared, "Brethren, you need to learn how to pray." Part of me almost wondered, "Did I hear that right? Was it just implied I don't know how to do something I've been doing since before I was toilet trained?" Ultimately, I determined it could very well be true. And if it was, what had I been missing all this time? What commenced was a study of prayer like none other I've ever undertaken. I highly recommend we all revisit the concept, the posture, the lifestyle - of prayer. I promise it will change us. Forever.
