Had a great conversation with a fellow coach, about the community he lives in, and boy did it sound familiar.
We both expressed the feeling that as person, we seek growth in all aspects of our lives. whether it is personal development, career development, spiritual etc... We want to grow, but the struggle is the community we live in seems to be satisfied where they are at.
