On this segment I am solo, I have the privilege of thinking and talking about why I do what I do? We as humans chase titles and positions, instead of focusing on executing aka DO YOUR PART. I believe that when we do our job, and we do it exceptionally well, the titles, positions and wealth will come. Our character, that is who we are, and how we carry ourselves at the moment means more to people, and people remember those things than our titles or positions.
