As rough and challenging this year has been, we had lots to learn from it. Had the opportunity to sit down with a great friend, brother and fellow track and field coach, to talk about what this year has been like. Things that he learned, how he stayed upbeat with uncertainties and just looking forward to making things happen moving into the new year.
