In this episode I meet with Benedick Ashmore-Short. Benedick is the CEO of ‘The Park Academies Trust’ and a former recipient of the ‘Head Teacher of the Year’ award in 2014. His academy trust recently won a national award for the ‘Wellbeing trust of the year’.
Benedick talks about his own experiences of education and how he wanted to bring some of those opportunities to the schools that he supports. We also discuss mental health, work life balance and the many great things he has achieved to date and plans to achieve in the future.
