Meet Andrea! A Nurse Educator extraordinaire, she has worked the majority of her 18 year nursing career serving in various nurse educator roles from a bedside Preceptor, to an ED Educator, a Certified Emergency Nurse certification prep instructor, and now as a hospital-wide Educator. Her amazing journey has included spearheading the Lantern Award for a large ED and her work with teaching others about compassion fatigue.
