Meet Jessica! So happy to have my friend and peer coach in our Nurse Coaching certification program and one of the kindest humans and a very powerful coach on the podcast! She candidly shares about her journey as a nurse and her struggles with co-dependency which manifested into many physical and emotional symptoms and resulted in burnout in all areas of her life. She has a beautiful faith which is her foundation in all things. She uses an incredible metaphor of being able to break-out of her “open door prison” and how coaching helped her with this and how she now helps others on their journey.
