Challenge #02 are comprised of 3 very simple tasks. You will fail at these simple tasks however if you have not established a running base. The running base also begins a mental base as well of "I Can Do This" as well as your will to improve your life/change. If you don't have it, you'll give up. Flat out honest truth. So set yourself up for success. Complete challenge #1 (Episodes #001-#005) then come back here to #006 when you're ready.
1. 1 Gallon of Water per day.
2. 2 Miles on MWF, 1 Mile on T/TH/SAT, Rest on Sun.
3. Cut out all Sweets and Say good bye to Fried foods.
