I've said in the past before that strength training will begin to become part of the challenges. The day has come. The strength training in this challenge is very light. Just to wake up your body and get the muscles to start being used efficiently. If you don't workout currently it likely will be difficult in the beginning month or two. You will get better with time, give it your best. Watch some YouTube videos if you need tips on how to do the exercise properly. Ephesians 3:17
