BIVI agreed to pay RedChip Companies, Inc., a $7,500 monthly cash fee, beginning in March 2022, for 12 months of RedChip investor awareness services. The CEO of RedChip Companies owns 3,150 shares of BIVI. BIVI also agreed to pay RedChip a fifty-thousand dollar fee for a national TV ad campaign scheduled to air weekdays from June 17 through July 1, 2024.
