Gratitude is OUT! Appreciation is IN! Gratitude is definitely more powerful than simply allowing our focus to spiral out of control and center on what's wrong or lacking in our life. Gratitude allows us to connect to some of our core vibration of worthiness and joy. But it implies that we left undesirable circumstances which is exactly what we DON'T want because it keeps that vibration ACTIVE. Anytime we place our attention on something... BAM! It starts activating it. An effective alternate is appreciating. Appreciating is all about MORE. Focusing on what's already epic about your life and enhancing it again, and again, and again. It's like having sex with life except you don't need to take breaks.
