Today, I talk about an unintentional topic that came up that I brought to my therapy session.  

In this case, it was the breakup with my former business partner. Even though I was trying to keep it all together, it was a major shake-up in my life, leaving me confused and unsure about the next steps.

Navigating these emotions isn't easy. It's okay and normal to feel anger, frustration, grief, or any other emotion as part of the healing process. What matters is seeking and getting the support and guidance you deserve.
