Description

Kevin Keyes was a true adventurer. As a kid, he raced cars, bicycles, and motorcycles; his zest for life was irrepressible.

The pain that changed him forever? A life-altering accident on a road trip to Montana at age 19. At first, it was just another close encounter with danger and another near-miss from his adventurous life.

It took years for him to connect the dots between that traumatic event and a gripping panic that literally paralyzed him for 30 years.

Those who suffer from panic attacks know you can try to manage your entire life around avoiding the triggers that leave you unable to catch your breath.

Kevin's life became smaller as his fears grew.

And then he met a man who was literally paralyzed, yet living fully. "And I thought...who was truly paralyzed? I realized it was me."

Kevin began a journey of self-discovery, facing the negative self-talk that he had equated with "being a man" and embracing tools to mitigate anxiety. His personal growth led to stunning changes, leaving a life and profession that never truly fit; changing his geography, and completely starting over.

He now serves as a performance mindset coach for elite athletes and any individuals who want to learn how to effectively communicate with themselves and conquer self-limiting beliefs.
