On today's episode, we are joined by Robyn Norris, LMFT in a powerful conversation on grief, loss and the importance of creating a safe space.
Robyn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been providing therapeutic services in California since 2014. Having had her own experience with mental health and the power of healing through a supportive relationship, Robyn was empowered to gain the knowledge and skills to assist others in their own journey of healing.
Robyn has training in trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy and brainspotting and is a certified grief informed professional. Robyn has experience treating a multitude of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, change of life issues, divorce, adoption, and relational disorders. Most notable of these has been Robyn’s call to grief work and extensive training in grief and loss.
