What some of you may know ist, that I am also a certified Breathwork Coach and today I will share one of my favourite Breathing types with you - here comes my 15min session for more clarity, inner peace and less thoughts running through your mind. I can recommend doing it either in the morning or during the day, try and avoid it in the evening, since it is activating your body and system. I usually prefer experiencing it lying down, but you could always do it in a seated position too.
DISCLAIMER: please refrain from doing this exercise if you are currently pregnant, suffer from high blood pressure, epilepsy, have big open, healing wounds from past surgeries or if you don’t feel healthy and well. Also never do this in the water or close to a water body.
