Carbs don't make you fat. Overeating carbohydrates and sitting on the couch will make you fat. I like to look at foods in categoriesAll the time foods.Sometimes foods. Occasional foods. When you understand that you can have your cake and eat it too, you can win. It's not beneficial to have cake all the time. Especially if we are not training all the time. Training and nutrition are to separate pathways to a single destination. Sometimes there is crossover. And how we eat plus how we train is one of those crossovers. Your body prefers to use carbohydrates as energy.
