I use to struggle with limiting beliefs about myself when it came to diet and losing weight. I would try losing weight, jump on the scale and see it either didn't move or went up a little and thought "I screwed up again". Then the yo-yo cycle would continue. 
That is an example of a limiting belief. They are these beliefs that come from sticky thoughts that keep us rooted in the places we don't want to be yet can't seem to get away from. In this episode I have given you three sure-fire techniques that you can implement right now, to begin to get unstuck and really reach your goals.
