Mein Traumjob?!
Ich bin Vertragsanwalt und verhandle gerne Verträge. Bei einem Traumjob geht es jedoch nicht nur darum, dass zu tun, was einem Spaß macht, sondern auch um viele andere Dinge wie Gehalt, Kollegen, Chef, Flexibilität, Herausvorderung, und die allgemeine Work-Life-Balance (WLB). Für mich, z.B., die Flexibilität von überall und jederzeit arbeiten zu können, das wichtige, weil ich das Reisen liebe.
Ein gute Chefin und freundliche Kollegen tragen natürlich zur Flexibilität bei. Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass man bei einem so guten Arbeitsumfeld auch mit weniger Gehalt sehr zufrieden sein kann. Können Sie erraten, ob ich zufrieden und glücklich bin oder nicht?!

My dream job?!
I am a contract lawyer and enjoy negotiating contracts. However, a dream job is not only about doing what you enjoy, but also about many other things such as salary, colleagues, boss, flexibility, challenge, and the general work-life balance (WLB). For me, for example, the flexibility of being able to work from anywhere and anytime is important because I love to travel.
A good boss and friendly colleagues naturally contribute to flexibility. I am convinced that in such a good working environment one can be very satisfied even with a lower salary. Can you guess if I'm content and happy or not?!
