Neha: In der heutigen Folge, beginnen wir Tallinn zu erkunden und was gibt es Schöneres als die Altstadt von Tallinn zu entdecken.
Rahul: Unser Ausflug in der Altstadt von Tallinn war eine wunderschöne Reise durch Jahrhunderte der Geschichte. Wir begannen unsere Exploration am Lossi Platz, wo die beeindruckende Alexander Newski Kathedrale steht.
Neha: Ihre zwiebelförmigen Kuppeln, ein Symbol des russischen Einflusses, bieten ein auffallender Unterschied zur mittelalterlichen Architektur der umgebenden Gebäude.
Rahul: Von dort schlenderten wir durch die labyrinthartigen Straßen der Altstadt und bewunderten die gut erhaltene hanseatische Architektur. Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen, farbenfrohe Gebäude und idyllische Läden säumten unseren Weg.
Neha: Rahul, ich erinnere mich, dass wir auf unserem Weg zur Aussichtsplattform in einem kleinen, gemütlichen Restaurant anhielten und dort den köstlichsten Pekannusskuchen gegessen haben. Ich kann den Geschmack immer noch nicht vergessen!
Rahul: Oh ja, wie könnte ich das vergessen? Nach etwas Kuchen und Kaffee gingen wir zur Aussichtsplattform, die ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise war und einen Panoramablick auf die Stadt bot.
Neha: Wir sahen die roten Dächer Tallinns, die Turmspitzen der Kirchen, und den geschäftigen Hafen unter uns.
Rahul: Als wir von der Aussichtsplattform abstiegen, setzten wir unsere Erkundung fort und folgten der alten Stadtmauer. Der Spaziergang entlang der Wälle bot eine einzigartige Perspektive auf die Stadt und deckte versteckte Winkel und malerische Ausblicke auf.

Rahul: Our trip to Tallinn's Old Town was a delightful journey through centuries of history. We began our exploration at Lossi plats, where the imposing Alexander Nevsky Cathedral stands tall.
Neha: Its onion domes, a symbol of Russian influence, offer a striking contrast to the medieval architecture of the surrounding buildings.
Rahul: From there, we strolled into the labyrinthine streets of the old town, marveling at the well-preserved Hanseatic architecture. Cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and quaint shops lined our path.
Neha: Rahul, I remember that we stopped at a small and cozy restaurant on our way to the viewing platform, and we had the most delicious pecan pie there. I still can’t forget the taste!
Rahul: Oh yes, how can I forget that? After some pie and coffee, we walked to the viewing platform, which was a highlight of our trip and offered panoramic views of the city.
Neha: We saw Tallinn's red rooftops, the spires of its churches, and the bustling harbor below.
Rahul: Descending from the platform, we continued our exploration, following the old city walls. The walk along the ramparts provided a unique perspective of the city, revealing hidden corners and picturesque views.
