Description

Once a year in America we celebrate Father's Day. This podcast describes how Father's Day came into being in 1910, well after Mother's Day was established. The concept of Father's Day was to acknowledge and celebrate the role men play in society as fathers.

Our culture has deprecated the role of fathers. Young boys don't mature into men; and men often don't mature into fathers. The role of fathers is to provide, protect and mentor the next generation. The underlying motivation for men who want to be fatherlike is for men to accept responsibility.

A young father of two young boys recounts how his father impacted his life in a positive way. It is this young father's desire to impact his two sons in a positive way as well.

Later this podcast presents Biblical references to whose your Daddy in light of Scripture. A discussion is presented between Yeshua and the Pharisees about who their father is. Come listen to this presentation of whose your Daddy as the Pharisees describe their Daddy is Abraham; Yeshua tells them their Daddy is the Devil. Lastly, Yeshua states that He and the Father are one and the same.
