Recent events at a rally in Butler PA showed two men who apparently did not fear death: one was killed; the other
survived. When faced with the stark reality of confronting death like these two men did, what would be our reaction?
When the fear of death presents itself there are usually only two reactions: fight or flight. It is natural for human beings to react this way.
In their own way each of these two men, Corey a fireman and Donald J. Trump, our de facto President, reacted in
the way each one was called to react. Each one acted as a father who was called to protect in order to fulfill their
destiny. Corey reacted as a father and husband by shielding his wife and daughter and literally taking a bullet for them. He acted as a true father; he acted as a hero, laying down his life for his family. We need more men to act like fathers like Corey did. Corey acted in a way that showed that he did not fear death.
Likewise, one of the other bullets grazed the head of Donald Trump as he miraculously turned his head and escaped certain death. Yet, his reaction was not to run away, but rather to shout fight, fight, fight. Donald Trump realized evil was not going after him; it was going after us, he was just standing in the way. In the face of evil, both men reacted in their calling and destinies; both men reacted as fathers should react. Both men had God the Father's heart.
In this podcast, I present the Biblical truth that we are all called to overcome the fear of death. We can do so by believing in the One who overcame death on our behalf. By doing so, we are free from the traps the enemy of our soul sets to entrap us in addictions and bondages through the fear of death. If we truly do not fear death, then the
enemy cannot entrap us in bondages and addictions in which we erroneously try to medicate ourselves from the fear of death.
Yeshua's calling and destiny was to set the captives free. Free from what? Could it have been free from the fear
of death? This was the plan all along. It was an inside job, an agreement between the Father and the Son before time began. We are seeing it being played out right before our eyes. It has its effect on us when we realize perfect love
casts out all fear. Where can you go to receive perfect love? The Heart of God the Father.
