From an early age, Messiah has been involved in the entertainment industry. The eldest of four kids, he grew up in a talented family, and beginning at the age of six, accompanied them to perform Gospel music throughout the UK, Canada, and the United States. By the age of nine, Messiah’s mother recognized how versatile he was and enrolled him in acting, where he landed his first role on Broadway.This venture enabled Messiah to grow as an artist while obtaining the skills necessary to expand his craft. As the family’s profile grew, they decided to move to New York, where Messiah learned to play the drums, finesse his vocal range and write his own songs, and subsequently develop an interest in music production. Having worked with such artists as Frank Ocean,50 Cent, Andre 3000, Fantasia, Mario, Lil Mo and more, he also had the opportunity to be mentored by music legends Bruce Wayne, Chris Styles and Ronnie Johnson.
