I was a pretty sedentary girly in adulthood until around 4 years ago. Over the past several years, I've figured out an exercise routine that works for me and I genuinely enjoy having an active lifestyle. I can't imagine going back. I love working out and have seen so many physical and mental benefits. Here's how I got to where I'm at.
